As a VDA QMC–certified Master Trainer & Examiner (VDA 6.3, VDA 6.5, VDA FFA, and VDA Core Tools), support is provided to organizations seeking to strengthen process reliability, enhance product quality, and elevate workforce capability. Work spans FMEA and Control Plan development, software configuration, root cause analysis, and problem-solving using the 8D methodology.

A strong commitment to building functional, high-performing infrastructures drives efforts in process mapping, system integration, and targeted training. Coaching is delivered to senior leaders, mid-level managers, staff, and plant teams on the principles of quality and effective quality management.
