Advanced Product Quality Planning
Management and employee team members; such as manufacturing, engineering, sales, services, etc., will benefit from participation in the activities associated with Advanced Product Quality Planning to reduce the complexity of product quality planning for customers and suppliers. Suppliers gain an understanding of basic industry requirements for achieving part approval from their customer.
Quality assurance, engineering, and other process personnel responsible for preparing control plans will profit from this course. Control Plans summarize the identified process and product parameters required to maintain product conformity. These tools are applicable throughout the supply base in all customer/supplier relationships.
Failure Mode and Effects Analysis
Managers, supervisors, quality professionals, facilitators, product and process design engineers and maintenance will gain from this process analysis tool. Failure modes and effects analysis (FMEA) is a step-by-step approach for identifying all possible failures in a design, a manufacturing or assembly process, or a product or service.
Measurement Systems Analysis
This course is intended for all persons who are responsible for a manufacturing or a business process. The course provides instruction on what MSA is and how to apply MSA to any process for evaluation and continual improvement.
