James Charles, PE, CPG

Mr. Charles has over 25 years of experience in the areas of environmental and safety management.  His experience includes ISO  14001/OHSAS 18001 auditing, EHS training, OSHA compliance and consulting, EHS regulatory compliance audits, emergency preparedness planning (SPCC, PIPP,  SWPPP, ICP), EHS permitting and reporting (RCRA, CAA, CWA), safety program development due diligence assessments, and large-scale site remediation.

He has conducted environmental compliance audits and management system audits for the following types of facilities:  automotive assembly and parts, plastics, foundries, stamping, aluminum extrusion, electronics, forest products, pharmaceutical, chemical, landfills and oil refining.  He understands the processes, best management practices, and regulations at these facilities.
