Richard Schreiman

Richard is a highly accomplished leader with extensive expertise in quality systems, materials engineering, and regulatory compliance. His career spans chemical, mechanical, and metallurgical testing, failure analysis, forensics engineering, and advanced manufacturing processes including casting, forging, and thermal and chemical processing. His deep technical knowledge, combined with hands-on experience in nondestructive inspection and materials selection, enables him to provide practical, results-driven solutions to complex client challenges.

With a strong focus on quality assurance and integrated management systems, Richard has extensive experience supporting organizations across commercial, aerospace, defense, and nuclear sectors. His expertise includes ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001, as well as aerospace standards such as AS9100, AS9120, AS9145, and AESQ 13100. In the nuclear sector, he is well-versed in NQA-1, 10 CFR 50 Appendix B, DOE O 414, and related regulatory frameworks. Richard also brings valuable insight into national and international compliance requirements, including ITAR, EAR, DFARS, ROHS, REACH, and Conflict Minerals.

Richard is a certified Lead Auditor for AS9100D, ISO 9001:2015, and NQA-1/10 CFR 50 Appendix B and has played a key role in guiding clients through implementation, auditing, and certification readiness. His leadership experience in global operations, supply chain optimization, risk management, and strategic planning further strengthens his ability to help organizations improve performance while maintaining compliance. He is committed to continuous improvement—supported by Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma, and 5S principles—helping clients build efficient, compliant, and sustainable management systems.

Richard holds a Bachelor of Science in Physics from California State University, Long Beach, CA.
